User agreement and platform rules for pgb3t members

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by pgb3t (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", or "your") and pgb3t. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of pgb3t after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to registered members, visitors, and anyone accessing pgb3t services through any medium or device, whether desktop, mobile, tablet, or any other interface.

pgb3t reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To create a pgb3t account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you. You must immediately notify pgb3t customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pgb3t will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Before processing your first withdrawal, pgb3t requires completion of the KYC verification process. You must submit clear, legible copies of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). pgb3t reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
pgb3t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users. In such cases, any remaining account balance may be forfeited or returned to you at our sole discretion, minus any amounts obtained through fraudulent means.
All users of pgb3t must be at least 21 years of age. We employ strict age verification procedures and cooperate with regulatory authorities to prevent underage gambling. If you are under 21, do not attempt to register or use this Platform.
pgb3t accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual banks may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes of bank confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. pgb3t does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank may impose charges on their end.
Withdrawals may only be processed to the same bank account used for your most recent deposit, in your registered legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings. pgb3t reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Bank transfers may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. pgb3t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
pgb3t maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international standards. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts used for money laundering or other illegal financial activities will be immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement.
Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of pgb3t and are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Each bonus has unique eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, and expiration dates. You must opt-in to receive promotional bonuses unless otherwise stated.
All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots usually contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other users, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements—will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, account closure, and potential legal action.
When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is typically Rp 25,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with pgb3t is to stop using the Platform and close your account.
All content on the pgb3t Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of pgb3t or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without express written permission from pgb3t.
pgb3t respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pgb3t shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
